*Children 6-16 years old: $499 (Provided they are rooming with at least 2 adults or others paying the double occupancy rate)

If you would like to join us for this trip, please do the following:
go to "contact" page, fill out the form with the info needed and send. You could also let me know via email: (kenny@wardtrips.com), by text or phone call (828-387-0463). I need to get all your information (names, cell numbers and pertinent email addresses of all in your group. Also for a large group I need to know who will room with whom). Once you submit this info, I will put your names on the trip list. I will announce a deadline date for deposits to be paid. You can pay the deposit of $100 per person anytime and if you do, your seat will be secured if you are on the trip list. I am planning for only one bus only at this point but if we are assured of enough folks paying deposits, there is a chance we may add another bus.

Payment Instructions
A $100 deposit per person is required. Your seat will not be officially secured until I receive this deposit payment. This can be paid at any time but the deadline date is TBD (will be announced later). Under certain conditions this date could be extended. This deposit is nonrefundable, unless I get someone to take your spot, which is often the case. If I can replace you, your full deposit will be refunded.
Refund Policy
Final payment refund policy: FINAL PAYMENT DUE BY August 15, 2025. There are no refunds after August 15 unless we have someone to take your seats. If we could do this, you would then be in line for a full refund.
How do I Pay
I accept personal checks, Paypal, Cash App, Venmo or cash in person. For Paypal payments (See next section), also please add $4 per $100 pd to cover fees. Pay to kw.42@live.com. My Cash App and Venmo username is "wardtours". Checks can be made out to: Ward Tours or Kenny Ward. They can be mailed to me at 217 Grasshopper Ln, Newland NC 28657
Also, if you wish to pay in installments, that would be fine. You can send any amount you wish monthly or any period you choose. Each time I receive a check from you, I will email you to give you an updated balance.

Note: I will be notified when your payment is received. Please add $4 for every $100 paid (or 4%). For example, for your $100 deposit, you would pay $104. Any fees not paid will be added to your balance due.
